What is CTRL+ALT/RETREAT?
CTRL+ALT/RETREAT is a weekend getaway, built to allow women to make new friends, find a new and interesting hobby, or just feel catered to for a few days. Each getaway will be planned around a specific, usually nerdy theme. The locations will vary but each location will be easily accessible by public transportation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The cost will vary for each retreat, depending on the location where it’s being held. Some lodging may hold more women, therefore the cost per person could be lower. The price will include: lodging for two nights, meals, two signature cocktails with Saturday night’s dinner, craft supplies, and any gaming materials needed.
how do I get to the location?
Each getaway’s location will be given in terms of general logistics, but the actual address will only be given to participants upon payment in full. Guests are responsible for their transportation to and from the address but I will do my best to be sure to choose venues that are easily accessible by public transportation.
HOw many people will be attending?
At this time, CTRL+ALT/RETREAT will only be inviting women or those who identify as women. Please leave the kiddos at home as well, as only 21+ will be accepted as guests. The number of guests will be determined by the size of the venue but I will strive to keep the group relatively small.
