Sugar Bytes started with cupcakes. It just didn't stay there.

Sugar Bytes began as a bakery.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't really interested in making just desserts.

I wanted to make the things I wished existed—the things that make people stop and smile, remember something they loved, find their people, or say, “Oh my god. I need that.”

So Sugar Bytes grew.

Into nostalgic desserts inspired by the things that shaped us.

Into traditions worth keeping—and new ones worth starting.

Into nerdy rabbit holes, creative projects, dogs with their own bakery, community events, and the occasional completely ridiculous side quest.

Basically, I built the place I wanted to hang out.
